We do not collect personal data directly from you.
We don’t track your activity.
We don’t sell or share your information.
Your saved places stay on your device and, if you enable it, sync securely through your own iCloud account.
You stay in control of your data, how it’s stored, and whether it’s synced.
Important notes
Place information, availability, prices, opening hours, reservations, and access conditions are managed by third parties and may change without prior notice.
A saved place may close temporarily or permanently, require reservations, charge entry fees, or have safety considerations outside the control of this app.
Always verify critical details independently before visiting a place.
The app does not access your real-time GPS location unless you explicitly authorize it in the app Settings. This information is used only on your device. When using Apple-powered search features, location data may be processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s privacy policies to improve accuracy and relevance.

Changes to this policy
We may update these terms and privacy details from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the revision date at the top of this section.
Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Data storage
My Traveler Map stores your saved places and related data locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, your data is synced using Apple’s iCloud services and associated with your Apple ID.
iCloud availability, reliability, and security are provided by Apple. You are responsible for enabling and managing iCloud backups.
Anonymous usage information
We may view aggregated, anonymous information such as total downloads to understand how the app is doing overall.
This information is not used to identify you personally.
Advertising
My Traveler Map does not currently show ads, and we have no plans to introduce advertising on our part.
If we ever introduce optional recommendations or sponsored content in the future, it will never be based on your personal data or usage profile. Any such feature would require an explicit opt-in, with a setting that is off by default. We will never push or trick you into enabling it.
Map data, search results, and imagery are provided by Apple Maps and MapKit. Apple operates these services under their own terms and privacy policies, which may evolve independently of this app. We do not control what Apple may introduce within their services.
Maps, search, and imagery
Maps, place search, and Look Around imagery are powered by Apple Maps and MapKit. Search queries and map requests are handled by Apple’s services according to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
Search results are returned as provided by Apple Maps, in the order Apple returns them. We do not filter, reorder, or manipulate search results on our end.
My Traveler Map does not control the accuracy, completeness, or availability of Apple Maps data. Result quality may vary depending on your language, region, and location.
If we introduce AI-powered features in the future, we may test third-party information sources. Any such features will be clearly described and updated in this policy.
Collaborative maps
When you participate in a shared map — whether as the owner or as an invited participant — all members of that map can see each other's names and contact information as provided through the sharing invitation.
By accepting an invitation or inviting others, you consent to this visibility. We strongly recommend sharing maps only with people you know and trust personally, such as close friends or family. Never accept invitations from unknown parties.
Shared maps are fully collaborative. Any participant can add, modify, or delete places, Board notes, and any other content contributed to the map.
The map owner can stop sharing or remove participants at any time without prior notice. Any participant can leave a shared map at any time. When sharing ends — whether by the owner or a participant — the map and all its contents are removed from the affected party's devices as soon as the sync can complete.
Invitations must be explicitly accepted by tapping or clicking on them. No map is shared without your active confirmation.
No guarantees
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee that place data is accurate, complete, up to date, safe, or suitable for any specific purpose.
My Traveler Map is not responsible for closures, pricing changes, reservation requirements, access restrictions, safety conditions, or outcomes related to visiting a place.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third parties. Please verify important details independently, especially for remote or lesser-known locations.
Data loss and availability
While care is taken to store your data reliably, no system is immune to failure. Data loss may occur due to device issues, software bugs, iCloud problems, or other unforeseen events.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and understanding the risks associated with digital storage.
Third-party terms
By using My Traveler Map, you also agree to the applicable Apple Maps, MapKit, and iCloud terms of service and privacy policies.

Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes must be brought in the courts located in the Bronx, New York, where the developer is legally based.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Traveler Map and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the app.
If liability is found despite these limitations, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app, if any.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of My Traveler Map from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.
User responsibilities
You agree to use My Traveler Map only for lawful, personal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You may not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that could cause harm or liability.
The use of shared maps and Board notes for any activity prohibited by law, or for harassment, threats, or any conduct harmful to others, is strictly prohibited. We expect all users to maintain high standards of ethical conduct when interacting with others through the app.
Service availability & changes
The app and its features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
There is no guarantee of continued availability of any specific feature or service.
Termination
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if required for technical, legal, or operational reasons.
Accounts & Apple services
My Traveler Map does not provide its own user accounts. If you use iCloud, your data is associated with your Apple ID and managed entirely by Apple’s systems.
The developer does not have access to your Apple ID, credentials, or iCloud account.
Age requirements
You must meet the minimum age required by your local laws and Apple’s terms to use this app.
Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of My Traveler Map and supersede any prior understandings.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
